LulaKate at Home Try on Program

At home try- ons are available to select private clients. Dresses will be shipped to 1 address and may be kept for up to 7 days (one week). Sample Dresses will arrive in 1 box and a return ship label will be provided. 

LulaKate will pull a selection of dresses that best suits the vision and size range of the bridal party, taking into account style, size, color, and sample availability. PLEASE NOTE we  cannot guarantee an exact style/ color/ size match for at home try ons but we will do our best to provide a helpful assortment.

We require a $100 refundable deposit for the Home Try On Program. Deposit will be refunded once all dresses have been returned within the 7 day time frame in good condition. Please allow 3-5 days for processing.

At Home Try Ons are limited to 1 shipment per customer.

Frequently asked questions

How early should I place my order?

All of our dresses are cut to order and will be shipped within 10-12 weeks from the confirmed order date. We recommend having your order finalized no later than 20 weeks (5 months) from the wedding date to ensure smooth delivery with ample time for any necessary alterations.

How long will it take for my dress to arrive?

All of our dresses are cut to order and will be shipped approximately 12 weeks from the confirmed order date. We recommend having your order finalized no later than 16 weeks from the wedding date to ensure a timely delivery.

What is the return policy?
